I had an academic discount for GitHub Pro that is expiring in a few days. I tried to apply for a academic discount but I keep getting rejected even though I’m a professor at a University and I uploaded my employment letter. I submitted a ticket, but it gets closed automatically and I get sent an automated message telling me to “demonstrate current academic employment”. I use GitHub and GitHub classroom for many courses and would like to continue to do so.
